Join the WTIA DEI Center of Excellence in their first workshop in 2022, focusing on "Perspectives Across the Multigenerational, Anti-Racist Workforce: Increasing Engagement, Productivity and Respect" featuring DEI thought leaders and experts Leslie & Frank Garcia.

Through this virtual workshop, participants will learn how to identify and address barriers or inequities that cause roadblocks for effectively integrating diversity, equity, inclusion and mitigating anti-bias in the workplace. Participants will be able to apply learnings to improve DEI and anti-racism engagement. The goal is to increase understanding and to improve unity, engagement, and innovation among multi-generational participants with varying, and at times, competing values, beliefs, and attitudes.
